Frame material length & bars to order β window / louvre frames.
Save this job to recall it later on any device (needs sync switched on in β Setup). It's saved under the Door Number.
Each frame needs 4 pieces β 2 widths + 2 heights (perimeter = 2 Γ (W + H)), cut to exact size. The app packs every piece into 6 m bars using offcut nesting, so a bar's leftover is reused for the next piece that fits. That's the real number of bars you need on the saw. The theoretical minimum just divides total length by bar length and assumes zero waste β it's a floor, not usually achievable.

These rarely change job-to-job, so they live here to avoid accidental edits.
Keep your phone and desktop in sync via a private GitHub gist. Create a token with only the gist scope and paste it on each device β it finds this app's sync automatically. Your token is stored only in this browser.
Create a token β β use a classic token, tick only gist. (Fine-grained tokens can't access gists.)
Length per frame = Qty Γ 2 Γ (W + H). Bars rounded up.
All data is stored locally on this device and, if connected, in your private GitHub gist β nothing else leaves your phone.
