How the bar count works

Each frame needs 4 pieces β€” 2 widths + 2 heights (perimeter = 2 Γ— (W + H)), cut to exact size. The app packs every piece into 6 m bars using offcut nesting, so a bar's leftover is reused for the next piece that fits. That's the real number of bars you need on the saw. The theoretical minimum just divides total length by bar length and assumes zero waste β€” it's a floor, not usually achievable.
